The University of Arizona’s goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for the university community which requires timely reporting of Clery crimes. 

CSAs have several responsibilities when someone discloses that a Clery-reportable crime has occurred:

• Call 9-1-1 for an emergency requiring police, fire, or medical assistance. 
• Encourage crime victims and witnesses to report Clery crimes to the University of Arizona Police Department or local law enforcement. 
• Include accounts from witnesses, third parties, victims, or offenders, when possible.
• Advise individual(s) that you must report the incident as a statistic. Personally identifiable information, including victim names, is not made available to the public. 
• Complete the Campus Security Authority reporting form as soon as possible and within 24 hours of becoming aware of a Clery crime. You can access the reporting form by clicking the "CSA Reporting Form" button below.
• Provide survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking with written information on their rights and options.
• Most CSAs report crimes via the publicly available CSA reporting form.  Several units, including UAPD, Housing & Residential Life, the Dean of Students Office, and certain staff in the Office of Public Safety use an established alternate system to report Clery crimes. CSAs in these units do not need to use the CSA Reporting Form or file duplicate reports.
• Any fires in student housing that are reported to a university official must be documented in the Fire Log. If you receive information about a fire, including fires that have already been extinguished, please notify Risk Management at RMS-Contact@arizona.edu
